RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction and product enjoyment is very important to us. If your products do not meet your satisfaction in any way, we would be glad to accept your return for an exchange or Barnett Harley-Davidson store credit, within our EXTENDED 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE RETURN OFFER. We ask that you ship the exchange to us and in return, we will pay to ship the exchange back to you. Items must be in new, sellable condition. Any tags, parts, and complete packaging must be included. Clothing must not be washed, soiled, smelling of smoke, make-up or deodorant stained, or damaged in any way. Undergarments and Helmets are not returnable, no exceptions. Non returnable body jewelry includes, but not limited to, belly rings, all earrings, & tongue rings. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Unqualified / Ineligible returns may be subject to a 15%-30% restocking fee.

RETURN PROCESS

Simply print and fill out our return form (ATTACHED BELOW) and include it in your return package. Once we receive your package we will process your request as stated on your return form. If the item is an exchange, we will ship it out to you FREE OF CHARGE. Items returned for in-store credit will be applied to your account, which will then automatically apply towards your next purchase when logged in to your account on our website.

PROPERLY FILL OUT RETURN FORM

In order to find the info needed for a return:

  • 1. Login to your account
  • 2. Click on Order # matching the date of your order.
  • 3. When the order window pops up, verify the price description, and size of the item you wish to return. Ensure you are returning the correct item for the correct order #.
  • 4. Use all this information to fill out the BHD RETURN FORM. You can also print a copy of your order for easier processing.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    My item is missing the tag

    A majority of our items have security sensors that hold the item tags on. While your order is getting packaged, sometimes the item tag gets dropped during the removal of the security sensor. When we remove the tag we will usually include the tag in a pocket of the item or inside the item iteslf. Some tags accidently get ripped off during processing of the items, but our system shows pictures of items every step during the way to help insure you get the correct item.

    My item is damaged or missing a piece

    Please call us at 1-800-796-8106 to rectify this situation.

    My package was ripped or damaged while while being delivered to me.

    Please use a camera or cell phone to take pictures of the damages BEFORE OPENING THE PACKAGE. If there are item damages please call us at 1-800-796-8106.
